Cheese from la Chèvrerie fruit d'une passion 
We buy our goat cheese from them, made from raw milk, on premises, it is the best!


bleu cheese from l'abbaye de St-Benoît .
We buy their blue cheese and it is divine!


Of course, we have other suppliers, it would be too long to name them all.

Our menu changes every Thursday, which allows the Chef to vary and experience a lot of products.
